The present internet web site (the « Site ») is published by Sefrioui Law Firm, a French partnership of lawyers (Association d’Avocats) having its registered office in Paris 75017 (France), 72 boulevard de Courcelles (the « Firm »).
The Site and its contents have been submitted to the professional control of the Paris Bar Association.

The Site is hosted by OVH, a French company having its office in Roubaix (France), BP 80157.
The use of the Site by each User is subject to the present terms of use, that are described below :

The Site is strictly limited to the personal use of each User.

They may not be regarded or interpreted as providing any legal advice, or be considered as a sollicitation, an offer or an advertising for legal services.

Users are solely liable for any use of the information contained in the Site, and the Firm shall not be held responsible for any damages, directly or indirectly arising from the use of this information by the Users.
The Firm is not responsible for any information or material published on third parties’ websites, that may be accessible through any hypertext link provided on the Site.
The Firm does not guarantee a permanent access to the Site, that may be interrupted from time to time.
Intellectual property :
The Site and any of its content, in particular any text, article, presentation, illustration, photograph, software, logo etc., are and remain the exclusive property of the Firm.
Users are only allowed to display the Site on the screen of their personal computer and to print the pages of the Site for their own personal use.
Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify or translate the Site or any of its content, whether in part or in whole, without the prior written consent of the Firm.
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal Data :
Email addresses and any other personal data included by the User for identification purposes on the Site or in his/her email sent to the Firm, or the IP addresses (Internet Protocol addresses) relating to his/her connection to the Site are the only personal data that may be collected and processed by the Firm through the Site (the « Personal Data »).
This data is recorded for the exclusive purpose of contacting the Users, in the sole context of the activity of the Firm.
The Users’ IP addresses are collected and recorded by the Firm for the exclusive purpose of discovering potential technical dysfunctions of the Site or securing the Site and the servers hosting the Site. They may only be processed for the purpose of statistical analysis, performed on an anonymous basis.
The Personal Data may not be transferred to any third party, whether free of charge or not.
User's rights :
Any User, upon a justification of his/her identity, has the right to ask to the Firm for :
- information with respect to the possible processing of his/her Personal Data, the purposes of such processing, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom such Personal Data is disclosed within the Firm ;
- the communication, in an intelligible form and free of charges, of a copy of his/her Personal Data, provided that such request is not unreasonable, in particular owing to its repetitive or systematic nature ;
- the rectification, updating or erasing of his/her Personal Data.
